Only what we need to run the waitlist.

  • Name Your full name as provided during signup.
  • Email address Used for communication and account identification.
  • Role Your current role or occupation (e.g. student, developer).
  • Interests Topics and technologies you're interested in.
  • Social handles Links to GitHub, Twitter, LinkedIn, or other profiles you choose to share.
  • Referral information Referral codes used during signup to track who invited you.

How we use it

To run the community, nothing more.

  • Waitlist management To manage your position and process founding member applications.
  • Updates and communication To send you relevant updates about CodeBhaav, including launch announcements.
  • Platform improvement To understand the community better and build features that serve you.

What we won't do

The opposite of what most platforms do.

  • Sell your data We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
  • Spam you We only send emails that are relevant. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Track you unnecessarily No invasive tracking, no data sold to advertisers. Analytics stay minimal and privacy-respecting.

Your data is stored securely. We use HTTPS for all transmission. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access.
